I'm not sure if it was that we were still on a high from the 4th, but Stockholm was hands down our favorite place! We didn't have anything planned, but we decided to get off the ship and take a walk to the Vasa Museum. Kialee and Chris had a "Europe" book and it pretty much said that the THE thing to do and see in Stockholm. The Vasa is a 16th Century ship that they recovered from the depths of the ocean in tact 500 years later. It was really cool to see how ornate the ship was and the sheer size of it. Unfortunately, not many people were able to voyage on the Vasa as it sunk on it's maiden voyage! It was a pretty cool museum though. From there we headed to the "Old Town" for some lunch and to walk around a bit. There really isn't much to say about the city, but that it was just gorgeous!
